One business account includes one user login. Each additional user login costs $19 per month or $190 per year, and discounts apply automatically from your 4th login ($14 per month or $140 per year each) and your 7th ($11 per month or $110 per year each). Add or remove logins yourself in Settings → Plan & billing — removals take effect at the end of the billing period.
We set it up with you, in person
Our setup specialist comes to your business, sets up your account, and imports your customer list with you. Allow 1–2 hours on site.
The visit is free and requires no card or subscription — even if you decide not to subscribe.
Setup day is in person. After that, support is by phone and email.
Free on-site setup — terms
- One on-site setup appointment is free and requires no card, purchase, or subscription, for businesses whose business address is in Orange or Seminole County, Florida.
- Appointments are scheduled subject to availability. We will tell you the next available date when we call.
- It covers account setup and assisted import of customer data you provide as a CSV export from your current system. It does not include manual transcription of paper records.
- One appointment per business. A business means one legal entity or DBA at one business address.
- Needing more than one user login, or buying additional user logins, does not affect eligibility for the free visit.
If you decide not to subscribe
Declining a subscription does not affect whether your setup visit is free. If you ask us to close your account, our retention and deletion practices are described in our Terms and Privacy Policy.
Billing
Prices are in USD. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled in Account Settings before the end of the billing period; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
Annual subscriptions may be refunded in full within 14 days of initial purchase — email support@usehumboldt.com to request one. After that window, we do not issue prorated refunds for partial periods except where required by law.
Switching plans mid-cycle is prorated: the unused portion of your previous plan is credited against the new one.
We give at least 30 days notice before a price change takes effect.
